You need to prepare for a visit to a pain specialist.
You need to be able to describe the pain you are experiencing. It depends on the origin of the pain you are diagnosed with and how the treatment will be given correctly.
Reflect and answer the questions: where it hurts you, define the place of the pain you experience in your body, how badly you hurt, choose one possible answer from the words (weak, moderate, strong, unbearable).
Think about what your pain is like (sneezing, stabbing, burning, tingling, etc.), remember how long and for how long it hurts, what causes and intensifies your pain?
